Hi! I’m Natalie Tischler, a fine art multimedia artist who loves to work mostly in watercolor and acrylic. While my favorite paintings to do are impressionistic landscapes and florals, the deepest part of my art is that it points to Jesus in my story and how He has been with me in my struggles with anxiety and CPTSD.
My hope is to share the beauty of our Creator and the love of Jesus Christ through my artwork. He has used art throughout my life as a means of joy and healing whether I’m working alone or alongside others. After my third child was born, my husband bought me a set of watercolor paints, and that unlocked a new level of artistry for me. He has been immensely supportive of me throughout our relationship and in my creative journey.
My degree is in education, but I can’t say I’m self-taught in art. For the past couple of years, I have been studying under artist Anita Robbins at the Art House. She has helped me very much to refine my gift and deepen my passion.
Sharing my story through fine art
“Each painting represents a piece of my life story and how Jesus’ nearness and gentle love have been evident to me, especially in difficult times.” -Natalie Tischler
